That I am just now getting around to Michael Tonello's lustrous book on his quest for the elusive Hermès Birkin bag? I tucked into Bringing Home the Birkin last night and couldn't put it down, despite my 4:20am wake-up call this morning. It's fantastically rich and makes me want to pick up and move to Barcelona. And have paella.
I expect to finish the book tonight, which both thrills and saddens me. Can anyone recommend a comparable title for my next read? How about just something that doesn't suck?
