Jen Lancaster is coming to town! And I can't wait. She'll be at the Boylston St. Barnes & Noble tomorrow at 6pm to sign books, share stories and (hopefully) drink chardonnay.
I finished her latest book, Such a Pretty Fat, last night and was truly disappointed when I found myself at the last page. Her writing is witty, intelligent and very snarky. I mean, who else has the cajones to call out a woman for railing against birthday cake at a Weight Watchers meeting?
Anyhoo, I just popped in to say hello. I know I haven't written much, but I hope you'll understand...what with the new job and all.
