I just joined the Army of Women, a research organization dedicated to moving beyond a cure for breast cancer by eradicating the disease entirely.
The notion is simple: women sign up - all kinds of women - healthy, sick, young, old - and opt-in to research programs designed to identify the causes of breast cancer and stop it before it starts.
