My last and final word on the direct mail incident

It appears the list for this last mailing was selected (and purged) prior to the removal of Rae Rae's name. I have since been assured that she will absolutely, positively, never ever ever receive another mailing from our favorite office supply store. They can *almost* guarantee it.
