Tomorrow's game is going to be another ice bowl, according to the forecasters. Temps are expected to drop to 20 degrees with the windchill in the single digits.
But it's the AFC Championship and therefore I must brave the elements. So in the past 24 hours, I've purchased:
- a long (ankle-length) down coat
- a pair of Sorel winter boots with thinsulate lining
- a pair of Combi gloves with thinsulate lining
-3 packs of handwarmers and 3 packs of footwarmers
I also have silk long underwear, a wool hat and Smart Wool socks. People, I am prepared! And yes, I fully expect to be freezing and complaining about it by halftime.
