Yes, the guy looked at me funny when I showed him the tiny speck of light on my Touch's screen, but he gave me a new one anyway.
Although (and this is *such a nit-pick too), when I asked if I could upgrade to the 16GB (which would cost me $100 more), he said no, he'd have to give me the exact model I had before. Um, don't want my money? Ok.
